Hi, I am Ali (she/her), Registered Psychologist based out of Calgary, Alberta.

You have taken a courageous step to be here, and I am so glad that you did. My passion is to walk alongside you as you discover ways to heal and grow, feeling a restored sense of balance and wellness in your daily life.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on YOU. I will invite you to connect with yourself with compassion, gain a better understanding of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and learn to better manage the symptoms that are causing you daily distress. Together we will dig deep to the root of what you are experiencing so that we can create long-lasting meaningful healing and change.
